Wonderlic developed Wonscore to assist companies, helping them identify the most appropriate candidates for job positions. The test is typically administered during a company’s hiring process.

The Wonscore exam is a culmination of three exams. Namely, the Wonderlic Motivation Potential assessment, the Wonderlic Personnel Test, and the Wonderlic Personal Characteristics Inventory.

A candidate’s score is calculated by summing up the results they achieve in each of these tests. Wonscore assessments measure and rank candidates in relation to topics featured on each test. This helps companies predict the future on-the-job performance of any given candidate.

The Three Wonscore Assessment Tests

Wonderlic Personnel Test

This test is also called the Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Test. It features 50 multiple-choice questions. These questions assess your ability to adapt, learn, understand instructions, and solve problems. You will be given a 12-minute time-frame to complete this test.
